As I sit around, watching YouTube, occasionally getting on my phone, browsing the Internet, and checking social media I can’t help feel like I’m wasting time. This might sound like a silly comment, but I’ve recently had the revelation that one must work out as one gets older.
Let me explain:
(as if you didn’t think I was going to take a whole blog post to explain something as mundane and obvious as the idea that you actually, you know, have to work at keeping your body healthy)
