Today at work one of the other managers was talking about how he has no money. He’s a young guy and recently just bought a house. When speaking with another employee I overheard him say, “I’m more broke than I’ve ever been.” I replied with, “try having kids.”

For a while I was making some YouTube videos. The basic premise was that I had a story to tell, and hopefully that story could help others. At some point there was no time to make videos any longer. I was also going through some things. Ending my YouTube career (before it ever really took off) gave me relief from the scheduling, recording, and editing of content. I had a plan that I was following and I liked it, but it wasn’t polished yet. Of course it wasn’t polished yet. I had just begun. But I let it all slip away. It’s better this way, right?
